It sounds so straight forward "we get better at the things we do often".
But let's expand it... squat with bad form often and you get better at moving in that pattern, lose your temper often and you get quicker and more effective at it.
If we want big, impactful change in our lives then often we have to take the road less travelled and that road isn't easy to take.
But guess what? You get better at the things you do often and sooner or later if you keep taking the difficult road then you're going to get really good at it!
