This is our first mini episode! While we work on Season 4, we’ll be putting out some bite-size episodes with little things to try.

This week, you gotta try a 2025 Bingo Board. Instead of making new year’s resolutions that will be a flop by next month, think about what things you really want to experience this year. Fill up your board with things that will bring you joy, fulfillment, and satisfaction.

Prioritizing your joy is a great way to build resilience and make you proud of the life you’re living.
