After a traumatic experience, you have to remember to take care of your emotional wounds, as well as your physical ones. It’s easy to experience anger, misery, and resentment, but you have to let those things go if you want to find peace and joy. How do you go about doing this? How do you process and heal the hurt?
On this episode, I reflect on my own experience of forgiveness and share some of the things that have worked for me. Ultimately, forgiveness is a decision.
God draws close to the broken hearted. I share just a few of the examples of how He was there for me in the midst of things, how prayer was an important piece of the healing, and how he used me to bless others even when I didn't see it coming.
