  • Fat Food for PHAT People Ep. 18: Thanksgiving in a Can

So, here again at last for our (now) Yearly Turkey Time Special. The theme this year is Shiets From A Can (And Jars). Can’t forget the BEANS AND SPAM! We are high-class hobos this year in our bargain-bin budget-binging. Canned tamales were a favorite. This is our first attempt at a video-cast. Marvel at our Made-For-TV-Mugs! Swoon at the Baby Rey Power Pouty Face! Jamie! No shirt! Still behind the camera! Roland brings the full-blown cyber-gothiness! Bryan has (told ya) brown hair! We wish we could share the flavor with you all. Check us out as we get stuffed!

  • Anatomy of Mixtape Ep. 18: Metallica Q94.5 Rock Block

Gimme Fuel, Gimme Fire, Gimme Yeeeaahhh! In honor of Jimbo’s recent re-rehab check-in, we decided to try for an homage to all that is the Metal Militia. We’re trying a different formula this time around with our mixtape. Everyone picks their favorite tracks and we vote for One List to Rule Them All. We all get a crack at our best metal-lingo accents (ohhhh yeeeeah!) Listen on as Rey, Roland, and Daniel attempt to bring the metal.  This one’s for you, James! Please rate and review us on iTunes and Google Podcasts. • Fat Food for PHAT People Ep. 17: Chicken to Kill For

Stick a fork in this mini-fats episode. Question. Do you love Popeye’s chicken? Enough to KILL!?! What do you think of Arby’s “megetables”. How ‘bout that PBR eh (garbage)? Hell, even Little Caesar’s wants a piece of that impossible “pretend-meats” action. If you’ve already heard about this cheese, greats for you. This is just a pre-fattening crack-attack before the big Thanksgiving Fat-Inna-Can food review next weekend. Join Daniel, Rey, Roland, and Bryce as we share some silly food news to the masses, from the masses.

  • Valley Strange Ep.4: The Strange of Latterly

This one is a sort of oddities and occult updates post on what we fart around with on the internets and social media. We run through some declassified government silliness, conspiracy cover-ups, and one of the largest publicly-researched archives of UFOlogy in the world (UFO hoarders much?). Join Rey, Bryce, and Roland on this shrinky-dink of an ep.

  • Valley Strange Ep. 3: Michelle Remembers-Books of the Strange Vol. 1

In our new subseries, we begin the Books of the Strange with Michelle Remembers, a controversial text from the times of the Satanic Panic era. Touted as non-fiction, this book chronicles an early period in the life of a young woman that encapsulates the fears and beliefs associated with modern-day worshipers of the Devil. As a young adult, Michelle is plagued by vivid nightmares following a recent tragedy, prompting her to seek the aid of a psychiatrist, Dr. Lawrence Pazder, as she attempts to understand the origins of these hellish depictions. Through hypnotic suggestion, it is determined that these depraved visions are more than just night terrors, they’re memories. Join Roland, Rey, Bryce, and Bryan “The Impartial Witness” as we go through this keystone of subversive suburban life.

  • CineKuest Video Ep 27: Ernest Scared Stupid (

Introducing the first of the Extended Worrellverse reviews, we have the late great Jim Varney, aka The Man of Destiny himself–Ernest P. Worrell, the Bumpkin Beakman, the Hick Peewee Herman, CornBall Carrot Top, Bubba Bill Nye the Hayseed Guy. In our Halloween special, we recount the awesome Great Redneck Hope in all his hillbillyness. The Czar of Jars, the Baron of Bottles, the Duke of Dust–this sanitary engineer is the only thing stopping an ancient evil from stealing all the children in the world. Join Daniel, Rey, Bryce, and Roland as we pay homage to the Prince of Peckerwoods. What’s a guy gotta do to be taken seriously around here? Know what I mean, Vern? Please rate and review us on iTunes and Google Podcasts.

  • CineKuest Video Ep. 26: Slimed (Troma)

So what do you get when you mix a hissing hunchback, an atheist park ranger, a Jesus freak, a sickly cat, an evil muppet, oh and a higher power that gives no fucks? Hell if we know, this shit is weird. Turns out, that’s also what makes it crazy hilarious. Have a few beers and get ready for the attack of the exploding toddlers. Seriously, the dialog is so wonky bad it’s hilarious. All hail Cleano! This is definitely a film worthy of the title of Troma. It was originally meant to be a musical. Imagine how batshit crazy that would have been. Listen in as Rey, Bryce, Daniel, and Roland get into the indescribable story of Slimed. Please rate and review us on iTunes and Google Podcasts. • CineKuest Video Ep. 25: Blade

To round out the last of Daniel’s bday picks is this late 90s gem of ass-kicking aw-fucketh-yeah-goodness: presenting for your consideration-Vampire Snipes. One of the earliest rated R Marvel comics ventures (also the first comic movie starring an African American lead)–Blade just fuckin rocks your pants off. ‘Cept for the heavier CG parts (we go into that). Wesley Snipes beats the bitch out of a buncha edgy, emo, club-scene kids-I mean vampires- and Kris Kristofferson is a cranky old badass (who happens to be funny as all fucks). We go a little into the other two sequels, but everyone knows the first is the best. Bryce, Rey, Roland, and Daniel run this little bit of classic ultraviolence.

  • Anatomy of Mixtape Ep. 17: The Bday Hip Hopalocalypse

In another bday Danielpalooza, we’re here running with our most favorite hipperhops tracks (we edgy!). Headlined by D-hizzletron himself, we go through some classics, some counter-culture, and some mainstream word wizards in our ham-fisted attempts to rationalize our silliness. No SirMixAlot to be had here–too easy–though anything from Fear of a Black Hat would’ve been acceptable. Join Daniel, Rey, Roland, Ron (in his first AOMx appearance), Jamie, and Bryan for this brief foray into the ghetto fabulous.

  • Fat Food for PHAT People: BrewKuest III The Rise of Darkwing Drunk

So here we are again. Jamie acquires the beers that we’ve never tried…and we drink them. HEY, its Daniels Burfday and he is in town for a rare in-person appearance. We sample a bunch of stuff none of us would probably ever buy. Not too bad, for the most part. We also went for the WHITECLAW! Fizzy. No stouts this time for once. Are we growing up Blink 182 style? Perish the thought! Daniel finally sees Roland’s terrible mic technique for himself. Join Rey, Daniel, Roland, Bryan, and Jamie on our third foray into making something productive of our bad habits. Surprised no one got drunk…NOT!
