Spring is finally very much here in London and it is making me very happy âď¸
The other thing putting a big smile on my face is the new Project You journal that Iâm working on: Time to Thrive. I am SO excited about it - itâs coming out in May and I canât wait for you to get your hands on it. It is all about showing you how to become a master at managing your energy and creating your own bespoke toolkit to thriving so you can become the most energised person you know!
And so, I decided to dedicate todayâs episode to a core part of managing your energy: Joyful Recovery.
Recovery time to recharge our batteries is something we need to weave into our lives daily all the time, but particularly as we step into Spring - or we could find ourselves falling victim to Easter Exhaustion (yep, itâs a thing)!
