Boise’s vibe could change significantly if the city’s new zoning code proposal goes through. Some say it will bring more affordable housing and lively neighborhood cafes, and could reduce the need for folks to drive as much. But others are worried Boise won’t be recognizable anymore, and could actually take away from existing affordable housing.
