We are joined by one of our favorite humans, Tami Harris as we talk about death, holding on to certainty, archetypes and much more! Tami is magic and you'll fall in love with her instantly. Enjoy!
About Tami
Tami believes in the approach and theory that the mind, body, spirit, and emotions are all related and inter-connected to and with each other. When the mental and emotional mind are suffering from previous life experience or personal trauma, physical pain and dis-ease can manifest within the body. She believes that healing can take place by developing awareness of the mind-body connection, using modalities of massage, light touch therapy (including Cranial Sacral Therapy, acupressure, and Reiki) and personal coaching (which allows external processing through conversation, etc.). Whether used alone or combined, they can release tension, discomfort, and even pain within body. Tami's goal is to assist the client to become more body-centered and body-balanced, which she believes can facilitate healing and greater physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Tami is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Utah and is certified in advanced sports and medical massage.
Tami has studied with and received her coaching certification through the Life Purpose Institute in San Diego, CA.

The campaign is underway in Utah to legalize Mushroom therapy!
We are joined by Bridger Jensen, MS, and Alex Koritz with Utah Mushroom Therapy, a growing coalition of several Utah non-profits that are supporting the legal use of psilocybin for the treatment of depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma.
Bridger founded Utah Mushroom Therapy with the goal of presenting a petition to the Utah Legislature with thousands of signatures from Utahns that support the clinical use of psilocybin, the organic compound found in magic mushrooms.
Buckle up! This lively discussion covers everything from the history of psychedelic use for clinical health and the current research being conducted by world-class universities; to the spiritually enhancing aspects of psilocybin and Utah politics and culture.
Enjoy! And please sign and share the petition!

We are thrilled to be joined by the one-and-only Aaron Woodall, talking comedy, LSD, the nature of reality, spirituality after Mormonism and so much more!
From the once-popular podcast Mormon and The Meth-Head, Aaron Woodall is a charming and affable has-been. Named one of Conan O’Brien’s Comics To Watch at the New York City Comedy Festival in 2018, he’s done absolutely nothing of note since. Once an exciting young comic with potential, he is now a withered and broken man just one pandemic later. His aptly-named 2020 album WOODALLALONE debuted at #1 on Aaron’s Venmo Feed, and is available now on Bandcamp. More of his jokes and yet-unfulfilled promise can be seen on Amazon Prime, Dry Bar Comedy, and the Garden City Army Navy Store’s website (this is true, apparently).
Aaron & Jessa Reed (Mormon and the Meth-Head) will be performing on tour in January! Check out the ticket links below:
Jan 5 - Salt Lake City - Wiseguys
Jan 6 - Cedar City - Mike's Tavern
Jan 7 - Lake Havasu - Legend's Bar & Grill (ticket link pending)
Jan 8 - Phoenix - JP's Comedy Club

Indifference. When we are caught between life's polarities, significance and meaninglessness, ritual and logic, feeling and thinking, assertiveness and indecision . . . we often experience feelings of apathy and indifference. However, sometimes indifference helps us to not take things too literally and to help us see through to the symbolic meaning hidden within our experiences. . .
. . . and sometimes it just feels frustrating as shit. Come with us as we try to unpack the paradoxes we're currently grappling with. Along the way, we also discuss Hillman's notion of Soul-making, polytheism v. monotheism, the dangers of literalism, Black Panther, and more!

Tess joins us as we dissect dreams, active imagination, the fantasy of healing. Can we often get too caught up in our own healing? What does it mean to live our inner animal? How can we work with our dreams and imagination? What Disney character did you have a crush on? These are just a few of the questions we unpack in this episode.
Mary Oliver - Wild Geese
You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
for a hundred miles through the desert repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.
Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.
Meanwhile the world goes on.
Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain
are moving across the landscapes,
over the prairies and the deep trees,
the mountains and the rivers.
Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air,
are heading home again.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting -
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.

It's all about Fear and the Shadow this week as we share Halloween facts and discuss the importance and dangers of shadow work. Can our shadows be too terrifying to deal with sometimes? How do we cope with fear and paranoia? How can we keep ourselves grounded in this reality? Could our existence in this life be, as James Hillman describes, the "vale of Soul Making"?
A lot to unpack in this one. Enjoy!
