    • Kambo
    • Yoga, connecting to your breath

    • Losing your identity in your role as a mother or father
    • Letting go of Control
    • Childhood trauma
    • Star families / aliens
    • Working with colors, light and frequency
    • Knowing the darkness and choosing the divine
    • And so much more...

You don't want to miss this one! Danielle is pure magic and she shares her story with such power, emotion and vulnerability.

    Enjoy!

    About Danielle

Danielle's wellness journey started in 2015 when, like many others, felt she needed to find herself again. She felt called to start practicing yoga and Reiki and learning other healing modalitites such as sound healing, Kambo, and past life regressions.

She believes mother earth has provided us with everything that we need to heal and grow. She holds Sacred Circles weekly, where she uses the powerful Amazonian medicine Rapé and Sanaga. She also holds weekly group Kambo Ceremonies every Saturday morning. You can also set up one-on-one sessions with her.

Danielle also hosts wellness retreats providing unforgettable experiences in unique locations around the world, bringing yoga and nature together.

“I think it’s so important to connect to our higher selves and others by practicing mindfulness, breathwork, compassion, movement, and self-love. This is where the beauty lies. This is where healing happens.”

  • 101: We Found A Love!

    Send us a text

Mike and Doug chat about capacity, boundaries and stepping up to love as we recap recent events including some of the magical experiences we had at the Revival Festival. We even end the episode with a special live recording of "We Found A Love" by Mountain Tribe, our favorite song from our favorite band that was the highlight our favorite moment from the festival!

Often in Mormonism, we become used to constantly pushing ourselves past our limits, living in a heightened state of nervous system arousal. We learned to push aside our bodily warnings, take on more than we could hold, and not honor our own boundaries.

Just because we may have room for more, does not mean we should keep adding until we exhaust ourselves. Healing means listening, resting, and knowing when we should stand up for ourselves and say no!

    "We found a love
And it was old like the sun
This kind of love don't fade away..."

    Enjoy!

  • 100: Mushrooms, Mormons, Myth and Meaning w/ Cassady Rosenblum

    Send us a text

Buckle up! It's our 100th episode! And even in our wildest plant-infused visions, we could never have dreamed up two better guests to celebrate with us. We are joined by Cassady Rosenblum and Tess Huntington to talk all about Cassady's recent feature article in RollingStone about Mormons (or "non-religious Mormons") using psychedelics to heal and find community post-religious orthodoxy. We discuss:

    • Background of the article
    • Amount of body shaming and sexual repression in the LDS Church
    • Insular nature or "peculiarity" of Mormonism
    • Difficulties in creating post-religious community
    • The meaning crisis in America
    • Role of psychedelics in finding meaning and building community
    • Finding our personal and collective myths
    • The Divine Feminine, embodiment, and conscious relating to the Earth
    • And much more!

Cassady is a rock star and she perfectly captures the essence of this psychedelic Mormon movement! You're going to love her.

Let's Go! (courtesy of Tom Brady)

    About Cassady

Cassady Rosenblum (sounds like bloom) is a freelance journalist who, since this article came out, is on a yearlong editing fellowship at New York Times Opinion. She studied international relations at Wellesley College, taught high school history in New Orleans and received her Master of Arts in journalism from the University of California, Berkeley. Cassady previously worked as an audio producer for NPR’s “Here & Now,” and her written work has been published in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Guardian, and--of course--RollingStone!

  • 98: Moms on Mushrooms w/ Tracey Tee

    Send us a text

We have a big one coming your way this week....MoMs meets M.O.M.s! We couldn't be more excited to welcome Tracey Tee, founder of Moms on Mushrooms (M.O.M.), to discuss her story and her passion for connecting other mothers through the healing power of plant medicine. We go deep in this episode and can't describe just how magical of a human Tracy is. Enjoy!

    About Tracey

Tracey Tee has been actively involved in the momosphere for over 10 years, first co-creating and starring in the nationally touring cult-hit comedy show for moms: The Pump and Dump Show while simultaneously co-producing Band of Mothers Podcast and serving as co-founder and CEO of The Pump and Dump Show’s umbrella brand: Band of Mothers Media. During the pandemic, and during her own journey with psilocybin Tracey began to feel called to support moms in a deeper and more meaningful way. In 2022 she launched an online microdosing course created exclusively for moms called (haha) M.O.M. which stands for “moms on mushrooms.” Tracey’s goal is to bring moms together through the sacred use of plant medicine for a shared journey of personal growth and healing.

Moms on Mushrooms is 100% the most fulfilling, challenging and aligned pursuit Tracey has ever embarked upon, and she is dedicated to crafting a supportive container for mothers that embodies the Divine Feminine, gives reverence to our elders and original cultures, and hopefully acts as an example of a redefined way to engage in a New Earth, consciously created model of “doing business.”

Tracey is a 3rd generation entrepreneur and 3rd generation Colorado native. She resides in Denver with her tween daughter, husband of 20 years and their three dogs. For the record, Tracey does *not* recommend three dogs.

  • 96: Look to the Stars w/ Eric Anderton (Mountain Tribe)

    Send us a text

At long last, we finally dive into part 1 of Eric's story as he shares the beginnings of his journey from contained Mormon to enlightened Mountain wizard. Just when he was at his lowest point, he looked to the stars and the universe responded. Such a magical story. Can't wait for you to listen.

    About Eric / Mountain Tribe

Eric Anderton goes by many titles....Water Dancer, Leprechaun King, Papa Bear, Ringo Zeppelin, The Great Mountain Wizard....the Grandfather of Mormons on Mushrooms. But despite his title, he is our favorite human and a magical soul inspiring the world through his love, his heart, his laughter, and his music.

As artists of both imagination and soul, Mountain Tribes’ musics take you on a magical journey, their words paint breathtaking pictures and the vibrations of sound are not only entertaining but inspiring as well. During his musical journey, Eric Anderton (singer/songwriter/guitar) who formed Mountain Tribe, has had the opportunity of opening for Sublime w/ Rome, Everlast, O.K. GO, to name a few. Some say his musical vibration can be compared with Xavier Rudd, Citizen Cope, and Nahko Bear. Uniting with acclaimed vocalists Tosha Carter and Janae Mechling along with Percussionists David Bower and Timothy Butler together they are “Mountain Tribe”.
