Mike and Doug discuss holding space for all your inner people, setting boundaries, and ways to channel anger. Boundaries allow space where we can engage, interact, and connect with others. We can't fill other people's buckets until we allow ourselves to fill up our own.
We also discuss our love/hate relationship with our least favorite drug, alcohol, the first time we made out with our mates, and the Utah Business article about psychedelics in the state that was pulled at the request of LDS Church leaders.
Enjoy!

Join Doug, Shelise, and Mike as we dive deep into manifesting your reality. What is manifesting? Is it too similar to prayer? What if we manifest all we want but it's not really what we want? Can we co-create with the universe or is the subconscious really running the show? How can we live more in the present and deepen into what we already have?
And, perhaps, above all, can we dream into existence a better world for ourselves and for humanity?
Enjoy!
