Chapter 2: Interesting information out of Statistics Canada this morning. They found Canadians between the ages of 15 and 30 are less obese, more active, and smoke less than older Canadians. When you compare them with the same age bracket twenty years ago however, they are more obese, less active, and have a worse diet.
Chapter 3: New restrictions on travel in and out of Canada may take effect as soon as Thursday according to Transport Minister Omar Alghabra. Professor Kelley Lee has been advocating for travel restrictions for weeks, she’s the Canada Research Chair in Global Health Governance at Simon Fraser University.
