Narrator could have been better, but I enjoyed it.
I read this book on Wattpad originally and was excited to find this version. Narrator wasn't that good at the different voices but all well.

    Resolution (Swept Away)
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes. Carly Roberts brought the characters to life. Her voice has the ideal rich tones to narrate Resolution.
    Which scene was your favorite?
I wouldn't say favorite more like stuck with me. The rat scene. I just got the chills.
"I closed my eyes as soon as I heard the munching."
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
    Yes.
    Any additional comments?
Because in life there is death and in death there is life,
    Brilliant!
Resolution brings us the conclusion to the Swept Away Series. A masterpiece plot. Author's writing is intense, gripping, mysterious, intriguing, evocative and sensual. An elaborate diversification with each relationship not only the main characters; also secondary characters. The journey through all the wretched trials doubts, and insecurities. Cooper brilliantly created a suspenseful contemporary erotic romance story. She has outdone herself once again.
Resolution is a definite 5-star read.
Without reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend this book.

    Every choice has a consequence.
I believe in soul mates. Why? Because I have one, and his name is Jax Porter.
I have known Jax my whole life, and I have loved him with every breath I've ever taken. The fact that we were born a mere month apart to mothers that are best friends has made us inseparable since birth. What we have is so rare, one would think our story would be written, our fate sealed. But, unfortunately, that's not how life works. Life offers us many choices that can turn destiny into chance.
I now find myself heading toward a destination that I could have never imagined, and I have to figure out where to go from here.
Will the choices that have been made change our path forever, or will fate find its way?

BOUGHT BOOK 2 WHEN I WAS HALFWAY THROUGH! LOVE IT!
Would you listen to A Beautiful Kind of Love again? Why?
I would, and probably will...lol This was a wonderfully written book...it made me sooo sad, and sooo angry at times...but I couldn't put it down!
What was one of the most memorable moments of A Beautiful Kind of Love?
When Jax puts the relationship on hold...and the end when Lilly goes to his house...
What about Caitlin Kelly and Chris Abell s performance did you like?
I adore Caitlin...she is excellent in every narration she performs...Chris is ok...I am sure I will bond more with him in book 2...I may just have a grudge because he is Jax...lol
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I SURE DID...I CRIED, SCREAMED AND HAD TO TAKE A LITTLE BREAK!!! LOL
    Any additional comments?
** I was given a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review **
Oh where to begin....Young love is sometimes stupid love...selfish love...expectant love...something we expect to last forever....but is that realistic? It can be if meant to be...and I really feel Jax and Lilly are meant to be...Best friends from birth, they were destined...they fall deeply in love, and date through the end of high school..Jax is a football star and gets a scholarship to a big school...Lilly chooses to go to a different school, they try the long distance thing..and Jax freaks out...breaks it off, but wants to be BFF's still...things just escalate...and the timing is all off, hearts are broken..and sometimes it is just to late!
BRAVO CAITLIN!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, AND I AM ON TO BOOK 2 NOW!
    Seriously?
After listening to this book I took some time to digest it, because well, I was pretty angry with the overall "love" story it sold. Then I realized I just needed to say it plain and simple.
NO SPOILERS. The writing was conflicting, having great poetic themes and flow throughout, then random coarse, choppy sex scenes and language. They just didn't work together. The characters were well thought out and were delivered to the reader in great detail, making it easier to connect them to the story; however, everything that is built up about each character and their wants and desires is broken and cast to the side in the end, making it hard as a reader to ally with anything the author wrote.
Main narrator Caitlin Kelly did a wonderful job voicing all the characters and emotions. She has the perfect voice for a young adult--truly bringing the character of Lily alive; and it really helped me stay engaged in the book I just wanted to turn off.

    great book thank you
An unremarkable whirlwind contemporary romance -- PAINT ME RAINBOWS by Fern Michaels
Everyone says to read Fern Michaels, so I have. My choice of PAINT ME RAINBOWS appeals, because I empathyze with the need to fly after being emotionally scarred. Also, the thought of an artist colony is intriguing. Would the jilted bride arrive at one of those "scandalous communes"? The book summary is such a tease!
Reflecting on PAINT ME RAINBOWS, I am disappointed in my first Fern Michaels novel. Her prose are just not inspiring. When she isn't repeating the same vocabulary, she is using outdated terms and concepts for the contemporary setting, such as "trousseau" and feeding a dog chocolate. And, given the artist colony, Michaels does not take advantage of such a community of unique characters for increased original dialog and plot twists. When the most vivid character of them all is the cook, there is a serious problem. Threading through the entire novel are themes of food and Christmas.
If you don't mind the cookie-cutter contemporary romances, you'll be okay with PAINT ME RAINBOWS. You do get a jilted bride heading who-knows-where, ending up at a Rhode Island artist colony for sanctuary. She pretends to be a writer to receive entrance. The owner of the grounds is a handsome lawyer-painter, a.k.a. the rebound love interest. Prepare yourself for his cosmopolitan ex-girlfriend and her corporate ex-fiancee to play parts in the book. Best of all, Jill, our protagonist, creates a familial bond with the colony's elderly cook.
There were parts that I liked, but...
This book wasn't well written. The writer used the same adjectives and phrases over and over (not as badly as the writer of 50 Shades did) again and it got to be a bit annoying. There were also many questions that were left unanswered at the end. It was almost as if the writer decided she was sick of writing this book and wanted to end it suddenly, so she wrapped it up as quickly (and as lamely) as she could. The male character in the book was also quite the ass and I became irritated that the main character would find him to be a suitable mate. Throw in a bit of sap here and there, too.. The idea of the story was nice, but it was poorly executed. Oh, and let's not forget Completely predictable!!
    Paint Me Rainbows
This is a book about a woman and a man who meet and at first don't like each other. The lady was left at the alter because her fiancé got cold feet, so she run from the city where it happen and also the man worked where she worked. The man she meet was left by his girlfriend that he thought he loved very much, so neither of them wanted a relationship at this time, but she stays at his cabin resort anyway. As time goes by they become friends because of his dog getting them together. Things start to change between them and the rest is history. Read the book and enjoy.

    Cute story with good narration
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes, because it's a good example of it's genre. It was cute and fluffy without anything hardcore. It wasn't action or excitement, but I liked the humor. The dates she kept ending up with were not realistic, which is okay with me because they were meant to be funny and they succeeded in that. It was a simple plot with good pacing.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Ian's friend was my favorite in the story, because he was hilarious. Both Ian and Sara did things I thought were rude, like Ian waking Sara up and her banging on the wall, but that's just people and it kept the story moving. Ian did less annoying things, but he was too accommodating and forgiving.
What does Ryan Kennard Burke bring to the story that you wouldnt experience if you just read the book?
I really enjoyed this narrator's performance. He has a comfortable voice without overdoing the female voices. The pacing and clarity was well-done. The only problem was that I frequently couldn't tell Ian and Sara apart, so I had to pay very close attention.
    Any additional comments?
I received a free copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.
A nice lighthearted story to counteract reality
Funny, lighthearted tale of dating angst. And a dog! The story flows well and we can all relate to some of the frogs. Ian feels insecure because of family expectation, and Sara has her own issues. Thrown together by Sara's move to the condo next to Ian, they reluctantly explore the attraction. No bed-hopping here, but other realities are referenced.
Totally engaging and definitely not too long. Grabs you by the ear and won't let go.
On the other hand, Ryan does not seem the best fit as narrator. He seems to be a fine audio-performer, just not as well suited to this type of book.

    Great Book!
    Any additional comments?
This is a great book written by Rich Amooi and narrated by Ryan Kennard Burke. Sara Larson is a teacher, summer has just started and she moved into a new house. Sara gets a wedding invitation from her high school nemesis that she has always competed with. Now she must find the perfect date to go with her to the wedding.

This was an unexpected treat, my first Kira Sinclair, and will definitely NOT be my last, The main characters are so touching yet so distant, and totally believable. What a heart warming story of love and sacrifice, family and heart. A happy ever after, that is a tear jerker along the way.

Perfect for the readers who love a HEA.
This was the first book I read written by Kira Sinclair and I have to say I loved it, so it probably wonât be the last.
First of all, let me just say that, in general, Iâm not a fan of the angle of lust or deep feelings for the dead boyfriend/fiancée/husbandâs brother. I usually donât read this books because I always feel itâs very difficult for an author to pull this off. But Kira Sinclair totally did it! So, Iâm happy I let my curiosity get the best of me and I can say that the cover played a big part in this (another first!).
[WARNING: This review may contain spoilers.]
The characters were strong and the story was captivating, I couldnât put my kobo e-reader down after starting it. Jaceâs guilty feelings were somewhat understandable but, when the author discloses how his brother died, his intense struggle made perfect sense. The fact that Quinn was being targeted for, basically, helping a woman who had an abusive husband, also felt realistic as well as all the details regarding her job.
There are two reasons why Iâm not giving this book 5 stars: 1) the story jumped forward in a few moments that could probably benefit the story if better explored; 2) Quinnâs lack of common sense when she was threatened, I mean the guy was rich, well connected, suspected of being involved in shady businesses and she thought he was harmless? Her reaction just didn't seem very realistic.
I totally recommend this book to all the readers that love a HEA.
I received a copy of this book for free, through NetGalley, in exchange for an honest review .
    3.5 Stars
Two people struggling with the guilt of betraying the memory of Michael, Jaceâs deceased brother and Quinnâs fiancé, while admitting their feelings for each other.
The story was mostly centered on Jace and Quinn exploring their feelings for each other and dealing with the guilt of those feelings. I would have liked to have seen more of the suspense part of the story.

Cliffhanger Alert! Part 1 of Series
Very good narrator. She brought the story to life.
The story is very interesting and I really enjoyed listening to it until it abruptly ended leaving you hanging.
It's a quick but enjoyable read that leaves you wanting more.

Cliff Hanger, requires you to get the next book
That is why it is "Part 1". I received this audio book free for an honest review. Cynthia did an outstanding job with this story. She writes about strong women and even stronger men. I enjoyed the intelligent/funny woman (Jane), and the rich/handsome man (Lee). Kind of like Tarzan and Jane. The narrator did a great job, especially since her last name is "Wolfe". She's narrating the right kind of books for that. The story was easy to see in my mind's eye. The people, places and things were described completely. The ladies in Cynthia's books are not gorgeous (at least they don't think they are, typical of most of us). The guys are big, strong, extremely handsome and they shift (talented too). I have bought the next installment, which is what the author and publisher want, just so I can see where this story goes. Loved it!
    What a flipping cliffhanger...why?!@#$
Ok I was given this book in return for my honest opinion and honestly I hate cliffhangers. This book was great and the narration brought it all to life.. Why in the world did it end this way...I need more.
    A Nice Prequel
The story kept me interested. There was too much crammed into one hour. I hope this is just the prequel and the author will expand the story. They met and mated all within one day then a fight broke out and the story ended. Every scene needed expansion but this was just part one.
I was given this book for an honest review via audiobook blast.

Little did I expect my first client to be a man like Grey Sinclair. Young, rich and cruelly handsome, he had a reputation for making women squirm in his presence. When I first saw his image in a photo, I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel an irritating stir in places I shouldn't have.
Even so, if I failed at making a good impression on him; it could mean the end of my business and all my dreams as well. With that much on the line, I would have no problem keeping my urges in check.

What did you love best about Billionaire's Pursuit: Never Never Man Book 1?
I loved how the tension between Grey and Maddie built up through the entire book.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Billionaire's Pursuit: Never Never Man Book 1?
I liked it when Grey came to Maddie's defense when they were outside the club. Very chivalrous.

What a marvelous and amazing journey of love between two people and the family. The history of the characters were so intense and intriguing, but built a true and complete love story. The characters were awesome and very believable especially with the outcome. Really enjoyed this book and the entire series.
I want to be part of this family
I don't want this series to end
    Loved it!
Couldn't wait for these two to get married and admit their feelings for each other. Definitely recommend this book! Also recommend reading the series.
    A Good Beach Read
Have loved all the Bella Andre books and got started in the Walker Island Series. While it's a good series, bathtub reading I call it, not nearly as interesting as the Sullivan series. It's more light hearted and sweet which in no way is bad, I just prefer the other series. That said, it's still a good read.
    Loved it
A perfect ending to this series. I couldn't put it down. It has all the emotions you want in a romance book.

    I love Gomez Pugh's Narration!
    Any additional comments?
Gomez Pugh has yet to let me down. Once again, his narration, accents and all, was so freaking entertaining I found myself massaging my cheekbones a couple of times from smiling so hard for so long.
That being said, this is a slow-and-steady love story between two men who are both a bit broken in their own ways. The story isnt flashy and ran a bit long in places. However, it was very entertaining with lots of humor, some quite hot sexy times, and (sort of) how I picture a real relationship between a rock star god and normal guy might actually be.
Nigel is a real enfant terrible. I so pictured Russell Brand the entire time I was listening to thisbut the sad kind of Russell who just wants someone to love
I love that Nigel and Jeffs relationship isnt instantaneous. Even though they are attracted to one another, the relationship takes work, with them slowly opening up to one another. I also love that they call each other on their shit. And did I mention the humor? Because this has some seriously funny moments. Sure there were a few things that drove me nuts, but nothing too terrible.
So bottom line? This is not a flashy or fast moving story, but its filled with humor, heat and romance, and the narration is terrific.

    GASP, Sigh......
I remember when this book was published. I hedged on buying it because I knew by the premise that it would annoy me. When I saw that Gomez Pugh was narrating it, I decided to take a chance. I'm kinda glad I did, but boy, I could have strangled Nigel and Dierdre most of the time. I felt very sorry for Jeff and wished that he would have stopped apologizing for Nigel's childish behavior when he was the younger of the two and much more mature. I know that his sister was a new mother, but her emotions were too all over the place and she basically threw her brother to the wolves and made him responsible for a loose cannon. I'm glad her wife was more compassionate. The positive aspect was that Gomez was perfect as usual. He does such a great job with characters and I'll listen to anything that he narrates.
    Just OK story; great narration
Yeah, sorry but this book didn't do it for me. The best thing about this book was the AMAZING Gomez Pugh. Man, this book wasn't narrated, it was performed; complete with a very believable British accent for Nigel. The story started off well enough with an ex-Army alpha man babysitting a spoiled rock star. But halfway through, I kept waiting for Nigel to change and have some redeeming value.
