It’s the middle of January, and I’m assuming that you started this month, this year, with some big audacious goals and plans, or at the very least maybe you had an idea of how you wanted things to go this year, how you wanted to feel, what kinds of habits and routines you wanted to practice this year. So, I’d like to check in with you and ask you, how are you doing? Are you overwhelmed, and do you feel like you can barely keep your head above water, and are you wondering how you could possibly get ahead in the areas you want to, when you’re barely getting by with the things that already feel behind in? And a check-in like this is good to do anytime of year, so it really doesn’t matter when you’re listening to this, from time to time, ideally weekly, or at the very least, monthly, I’d like to you to check in with yourself, take inventory of the main areas of your life, and find ways to lighten your load, get more organized so you feel more on top of things, and rearrange priorities as needed, so that you can not only keep your head above water and thrive, but actually make some progress on your goals and dreams and the things that you want in your life that are important to you. Because you are important. And being a busy mom doesn’t mean that you can’t feel like you’re living your best life. Today we’re gonna talk strategy on how to do this, but I’m also going to give some perspective to those of you who ARE limited right now, and maybe frustrated that you can’t do more. Whatever your limitations are, whatever your current situation is, by the end of this episode, I want you to feel empowered, inspired, of course, motivated, remembering that you are exactly where you need to be on this journey, you are absolutely incredible, and you, beautiful mama, always have a power you can tap into, anytime you need to create change in your life.
