Season 2. Episode #65. Not Me, But You! Podcast. MSTY update! 

Do you want to become wealthy? If you can accept higher RISK, then MSTY the ETF can help you become wealthyier QUICKER than traditional stocks. MSTY pays out a dividend EVERY 4 weeks. Some months, shareholders will receive TWO payments. That is the case for August 2025. 

What do wealthy people do differently from poor people? Answer: Wealthy people buy/hold assets that bring them GROWTH or CASH FLOW. Sometimes, both! MSTY is "cash flowing machine." Think of it like your "personal ATM machine" that you can build inside or 3 accounts. What are the 3 accounts? Answer: 1) Regular brokerage account (taxable gains). 2) Traditional IRA (tax deferred). 3) Roth IRA (tax FREE as in ZERO tax on gains!). 

Know your investment goal first. Then invest. You either want finanical growth or a payment on a schedule (also known as cash flow). I invest primarily for cash flow. Then I take the cash flow and use it, to buy/invest in OTHER things! That way, since I used dividends paid to me, my COST BASIS in the NEW investment is ZERO! 

Do three basic things: 1) Buy/hold Bitcoin. 2) Invest in true high yield dividend stocks/ETF's (like MSTY/ULTY/SMCY, YBIT etc). 3) Learn to sell SIMPLE option contracts like cash secured puts/covered calls which brings you cash flow! 

Ask yourself each week, "What new assets did I buy?" Instead of doing what poor people do which is buy new THINGS (that don't bring them cash flow!). Guess what you can do with cashflow? Answer: Anything you want! That's why it's so vaulable.

Meal prep to save money and eat overall healthier meals at home! You want to be healthy ONCE you become wealthy so that you can ENJOY your wealth in good health!
