Eric Wheaton is the Owner of VentEnterSearch, LLC. He is a second-generation fireman for Winter Park (FL) Fire Department and is currently assigned as a Lieutenant on Truck 61. Eric has spent the majority of his career on the Truck Company. He also serves on the Winter Park Fire Department Technical Rescue Team. Bobby Eckert is a Captain with the City of Camden Fire Department in New Jersey.  He is a second-generation Fireman and has been in the fire service for over 20 years, with the last 13 in Camden.  His present assignment is with Engine Company 1 at Fire Headquarters – the city’s busiest Engine Company.

Ray McCormack retired as a Lieutenant after 39 years in the FDNY. He holds a BA from the New York Institute of Technology. He was the lead author for FDNYs new Engine Company Operations Manual. He developed and taught Back to Basics Standpipe for all FDNY firefighters.

Jake is a third-generation Firefighter in his family, who grew up terrorizing the on-duty crews in the firehouse.
