25-year-old Denita Smith was a college student at North Carolina Central University in January 2007.  She was in the final stretch to her masters degree program, and was newly engaged to the love of her life.  On the morning of January 4th, 2007 she was shot in the back of the head leading authorities to wonder who did it?  With a lot of he said, she said, they were able to piece together what happened.
