Samantha Josephson was a beautiful 21-year-old University of South Carolina student who was weeks away from graduating.  She had just been accepted into Drexel University School of Law and went out to celebrate with friends on March 28th, 2019.  After a few hours out Samantha ordered herself an Uber to go home but she never made it.
