Life is much better when we let go, and trust Him so I am going to choose to surrender my need of control. I am going to surrender my need to know what is happening. I am going to surrender my inclining to hold tighter to a situation and I am going to choose to hold onto him today,. I hope that you do too.

Meaning his teachings and instructions come from the best place. There is absolutely no one on this planet, in this universe that has your best interest at heart in the same manner that God does. 

We are lucky to be given direction. We are lucky to be looked after and cared for. Rather that looking at his instructions as restricting imagine his teachings in their true freeing ability. "

When you plant a lemon seed, what do you get? A lemon tree. 
When you plant a watermelon seed, what do you get? You guessed it, a watermelon tree. 

Today we are looking at the harvest we want and we are looking at the seeds we've sown. If we want more friends, let us sow a seed of friendship. If we want more health, let us sow a seed of wellness.
