Over the next few weeks I’m be having raw, open, and honest conversations with some of the top Christian leaders and teachers, asking them: are YOU really ok?  This series comes in honor of my NEW book, Are You Really OK? challenging each and every one of us to get real about how we’re really doing.

Today’s session is with Levi Lusko. Levi is the pastor of Fresh Life Church in Montana, along with his wife Jennie.

Levi opens up and shares about the dark time of grief, after tragically losing their 5 year old daughter. He talks about the power of grief, how it leads to depression and anxiety, and the way it ravages your heart, soul, mind and strength. He gives us a glimpse into this dark season, as well as others as he opens up about his personal journey with mental and emotional health.
