Ali’s Bod Squad is in its 3rd week and Ali thinks she has done the least amount of training out of the girls. Last week we had “honesty week” with some of the squadders opening up about their weight issues over the years and how it affected them. This week is “Family and Friends week” where Lisa admitted she hasn’t told her son that she is doing this challenge and she wants to “fly over in August and surprise him”.

Lisa’s son lives in London, and she says she wants to get off the plane and for him not to recognise her.
