• The divinely guided moment when I finally walked out of the NXIVM classroom and never looked back
• Escaping NXIVM and going through a huge dark night of the soul 
• Fierce Grace, kundalini energy and trauma 
• Finding the Tarot 
• Divine guidance and mystical signs related to the NXIVM case (red skies when we testified, butterflies when Nancy pled guilty, dead flies when KR was arrested) 
• Rediscovering the joy in Lisbon in 2019 
• Kundalini energy and migraines 
• The comfort of knowing my Spirit guides are always there for me 
• Experiencing my spirit guides as higher dimensional versions of myself 
• Going in and out of the joy and allowing things to process in my system
• The importance of letting kundalini energy move through your system and staying grounded
