Truth that which is true or in accordance with fact or reality.

Lie-an intentionally false statement.

Think if you have ever worked a corporate job, the managers manage by going by the rules and regulations. I am a nurse and I can tell you rules are changed daily weekly and monthly. Last but not least I realized I was acting in my relationship with my partner. In my mind my perception of love was so different than what I was recieving from the person I was cohabitating with.

I was waking up

The lie was less believable, I was becoming stronger in my sense of self and he lies were falling apart. I came out as gay I realized I was the only one standing in the way of a dream of having the best podcast for women in the world.

Adam Avitable of "Dating Kinda' Sucks Podcast" is vetted as a true friend to woman.  He is an educator to men who want to learn what its like to have a non-transactional relationship. Adam's tik tok explains to everyone watching a healthy perspective on how to view women. 

Kitty Rebellion is another one who's channel is educational and shows women how to show up for themselves and to let go of the pick me mentality. 

Mel on tik tok shows women how to be there for themselves and love themselves for the beautiful woman they are and to love themselves no matter what.

I'm there too, hello god its me Edith, apparently the universe wanted me to do more listening this episode and less talking. I am so glad I did! The messages from each person rings loud and clear.

And tonight's episode is being a senior and what it means to us now vs how it effected us as young adults! 

The definition of senior when we were young took on a different meaning. Being a senior meant  at least for me Edith you weren't supposed to have fun I remember a lot of complaining done by the adults around me so I remember being a senior as Complaining about what ails you or complaining about work, or work yourself to death and being sick all the time.

I told myself growing up I don't want this kind of existence for myself.

Well history does repeat itself I realized if I didn't do something and do it quick I was going to be my parents! 

This episode gives perspective on being a senior now after covid, in the year 2023

We are not going down without a fight!

 Love Chyna Robinson’s No Ordinary Love was a movie about the cycle of abuse in the church and in the secular community. The roundtable of ladies get together and discuss the movie and its characters. This was a review of the Movie "No Ordinary Love", 2019 Directed by Chyna Robinson a movie on Domestic Violence and the Church. Religion has had a part in the abuse in women setting expectations of women to full fill a fantasy woman are to be  subservient to men. Creating a codependent dance between men and women where the woman is being gaslit into believing these old norms. 

In the movie No Odinary Love 

Hey there! Have you ever caught yourself automatically agreeing to do something you didn't want to do? or have you ever gotten into a relationship where you were compromising for the other person all the time? How about talking to a misogynistic asshole and you disagreed with everything he said but you just kept nodding your head ignoring your boundaries and just being agreeable? Well this little action is the Art of being fake nice. Ignoring how you feel when you are around these kinds of people instead of leaving the room and saving your peace. 

Its not about "I was being considerate, I didn't want the other person to think I didn't like them". 

Ask yourself the question who was I hurting them or myself? 

When you ignore your own personal boundaries you are ignoring your own needs over you perspective of the other person. Loving yourself enough to stay away from certain energy types is so important to manifesting. When you are around triggers full time you take the spotlight off of yourself and put all your energy towards the thing and then it has control over you. 

In this episode the ladies share examples of these situations and give their perspective on Fake Nice!
