Rose Skeeters is from Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Rose is a licensed professional counselor as well as a master’s level Precision Nutrition coach. She received her undergraduate degree from Temple University and completed graduate studies in clinical psychology at both the doctoral & master’s level at LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA. Her pursuit of these degrees led her on a path of growth & enlightenment.
Rose is a skilled clinician, providing empirically supported treatments to individuals with varying diagnoses, including: depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues and interpersonal conflicts, trauma and abuse, disordered eating, chronic pain, ADHD, and motivation/self-esteem issues. She has experience in utilizing CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, ACT, Behavioral Activation (BA), change psychology and positive psychology. Rose also has a passion for fitness and nutrition and currently works with individuals with disordered eating behaviors as well as children, families, and adults that want to improve their health through nutrition coaching.
