I’ll be honest, because January 1st does not align with any natural seasonal cycles (the animal bod, that includes our human ones, just wants to rest, and lay around and regenerate quietly right now— not start a new cycle) I’ve not always had a love affair with this holiday.
Still, over the years I’ve used it for everything from coming up with FUN goals for the year ahead, to reflecting where I’ve been, to looking at the broad strokes of my life and what I might want to put in it going forward. In this episode I’ll give you a whole handful of ideas (and contemplations) that may inspire you to experience some depth or joy beyond blowing a horn at the stroke of midnight.
With great love,
Aimée
