How does Qigong fit into the puzzle? Well after years of sitting behind a computer, Baiba started having unexplained aches, pains, and anxiety issues. She was feeling fatigued much of the time and often didn’t have enough energy to play with her son, meet up with friends or go out in the evenings or weekends.
She’s always been a seeker, obsessed with learning and trying new things that could give her more energy and on that journey she came across Tai Chi and QiGong.
These gentle energy balancing movements helped her bring in more lightness, ease and joy into her day to day and now she wants to share them with you !
