This week on the Combat Base Podcast we are joined by Michael Kroeger. Michael is a purple belt under Rigan Machado and trains regularly at The Academy Beverly Hills with professor Menamy Mitanes. He is a dedicated and passionate martial artist as well as a founding member of Nickelback. Nickelback is debatably the largest rock and roll band of the 2000's and is the result of a relentless work ethic and passion for fun. We talk about music, life, art, and of course jiu jitsu. An epic pod that could have gone on for hours. We ended with some Q's and then saved a humming bird that got trapped in the garage. Good times!!!
