In the only natural progression from The Guided Run, Tessa offers The Guided Tidy. Chose a drawer, corner, shelf, and let us begin. Is Tessa’s house tidy? No. Has she watched too much of the Netflix show The Home Edit and is once again over-confident that she can help? Yes. No further questions

Finally, Ghosts star and renowned party boy Kiell Smith-Bynoe comes on the podcast and explains to Tessa that you don’t need to have champagne in the bath, give out invitations written on scrolls or provide class A drugs “just in case??!!” to have a good party. Stevie mostly listens and says things like “what?!”.

Strictly’s Jayde Adams joins Stevie and Tessa live at the Soho to help them (and you) find the confidence to dance. Podcasting is not a visual medium but you can hear Jayde lead the audience in a collective Candy/Electric Slide dance so very much worth a listen!

Been wronged? Wish to avenge? Tessa and Stevie enlist the help of Sarah Keyworth and Olga Koch to figure out the best way to exact revenge, both in a kind way and in an absolutely not kind way. NB: this was recorded at 11pm at the Fringe and is quite frankly chaos.

While this is for everyone, Stevie and Tessa have never met a cis man who doesn’t freak out before the hairdressers then leave looking like an embarrassed military general – so this is also very much for you. Here’s how to get a hair cut with the least amount of stress possible (eg TAKE A PICTURE OF WHEN YOU HAD NICE HAIR AND SHOW IT TO THE HAIRDRESSER).

WARNING: We say to crush the pill like you’re a little dog in this episode but according to NHS guidelines this can affect the release of the medication so SPEAK TO YOUR GP FIRST.
Tessa can’t swallow pills. Stevie can. Rather than give pointless advice like “push it to the back of your throat what’s wrong with you”, they delve into the psychological reason behind pill swallowing aversion and things get VERY deep and hopefully VERY helpful to anyone listening with similar issues re chalky horrible paracetamol.

Tessa has been on both coils, Stevie thought IUDs were massive coils of metal until she was 25 and still doesn’t know how they work so grills Tessa on her experiences. Neither are medical professionals, so this is just a starting point for your own research!

Want to get into football but don’t know where to start? Comedian Chloe Petts has made a quiz and also provides excellent starting points for how to get into the beautiful game without panicking too much that you don’t know what the offside rule is. Or a ball. Warning: this was recorded at the Edinburgh Fringe and is slightly mad.
