The death of Nolan Wells is not solved simply because drowning may be the leading theory.Drowning describes a physical process. It does not automatically explain the circumstances that caused a person to enter the water. Nolan’s death may ultimately be determined to have been a tragic accident.It may have involved impairment, confusion, a dangerous current, or a terrible failure of communication.But as of today, the independent autopsy lists the cause and manner of death as undetermined, the official autopsy and toxicology have not been publicly released, witness accounts remain disputed, and questions surrounding Nolan’s phone and final movements remain unresolved.
