After two decades of working in spaces that weren't built with her in mind, she now helps others build spaces ready to celebrate people when they turn up authentically. She works with Next 100 Colorado and Colorado Outdoor Equity Grant Program Coalition to create equity in the outdoors and environmental nonprofits, and Community-Centric Fundraising to create equity in fundraising and the nonprofit industrial complex
