Despite the pause in hostilities humanitarian agencies have said no where near enough aid is getting into the decimated Gaza strip. Israel is refusing to open the Rafah crossing between Egypt and Gaza. It has told the UN that it is halving the number of aid trucks it previously agreed to let into the Palestinan territory each day.
