Aram provides daily food for thought on his popular instagram page, @4weeks2thebeach, but most importantly is an online coach who helps his clients release themselves of their limiting beliefs by changing perspective and helping them see that there are solutions to everything if you want to find them.
Aram describes himself as a "former finance douche and party boy" who came to the realization that it wasn't the material things in life that drove him, but the impact that he could make on the lives of others in a positive way. He began his personal training career after being laid off from his finance job, and ten years later, has now coached hundreds of clients with his belief system of food quality/quantity, training intensity/frequency, and rest/recovery.
