I was listening to Jack Kornfield's podcast Heart Wisdom and he shares some wise words regarding the pandemic.

The media outlets are taking advantage of Covid-19 and is spreading panic to serve their own causes.

I hope you are all safe and taking the necessary precautions to protect yourselves and your loved ones.

I share my third night of ayahuasca ceremony led by women. I felt it fitting since yesterday was International Women's Day.

Isn't it any wonder that I had my breakthrough while all women were leading the ceremony? I think not.

I go supersaiyen (a dragonball reference) and merge with my soul.

Day 2 of ayahuasca ceremony and I share my uncomfortable, agitating, and irritating experience.

Often the best lessons are learned during a difficult time. When we experience hardship, heartache, pain and suffering, it is often referred to as the dark night of the soul.

It is in these dark times that we grow the most. Where we have our biggest lessons. We get so caught up in the worry or anxiety that we fail to see the lesson.

Ayahuasca is a plant medicine that produces psychedelic effects.

The effects are brought on by DMT found in ayahuasca.

Ayahuasca is often used today to treat ptsd, trauma, depression, anxiety, and others.

It is not safe to drink ayahuasca without the correct set and setting.

Ayahuasca can have adverse effects when it is interacting with SSRI's and other chemicals such as opiods.

Having an experienced shamon is crucial to the safety and experience.

There are several modalities of healing including therapy, books, psychologists, videos, breathwork, yoga, exercise, psychiatrists and etc. If you feel you need professional therapy and can not afford it sometimes your local social services can offer support.
