In today's episode, Cassie is joined by Bea Arscott - a certified coach, published author, public speaker and facilitator specialising in eating disorder recovery. When she was in her teens, Bea was diagnosed with anorexia and battled with it for many years.
Having now made a full recovery, she works alongside her mother Rebecca Perkins to support others struggling with an eating disorder. In 2018, they co-authored their book “Recovery From Within” in which they share their story of recovery.
Since then they have worked with numerous individuals and families and have recently published a workbook to support those recovering from an eating disorder. Together, they have also spoken at conferences, facilitated workshops, appeared on podcasts and made multiple media appearances.
