I discuss my personal experiences and the comprehensive approach used by the Amen Clinic, which includes a SPEC scan to look directly at the brain.
I detail the symptoms and treatment protocols for each type of ADD: Classic, Inattentive, Over-focused, Temporal Lobe, Limbic, Ring of Fire, and Anxious ADD. Treatments range from medications like Ritalin and Adderall for some types to dietary supplements, exercise, and lifestyle changes for others. I also share audio from my diagnostic appointment, emphasizing the importance of identifying the correct type of ADD for effective treatment.
