There's UFOs over New York, and I ain't too surprised...this week we're taking a look at more UFO sightings in New York City, specifically Brooklyn! Strange white lights in Sunset Park, a light emitting beams onto an apartment building in Bensonhurst, a cigar-shaped UFO over Coney Island, a red chevron-shaped object in Midwood, and a strange saucer with possible alien beings visible through the windows in Prospect Park. Brooklyn never disappoints, so tell us what you think of these UFO sightings in my old neighborhoods!
This week's episode is all about Bigfoot in the Adirondacks again! Last weekend, Josh and I were up in the Shaker Mountain Wild Forest, at the Chase Lake lean to. On our way in, we came across an unusual and interesting entry in the trail register - someone apparently saw a bear stand up and run up the mountain. On two legs! So of course we began to wonder if they spotted Bigfoot. I share our story of our 3-mile hike to Chase Lake, and talk about some other Bigfoot sightings in the Hamilton County area of the Shaker Mountain Wild Forest.
In this episode, we continue our look at Irish creatures from folklore! The Kelpie is a traditional water horse, the most famous of which is Nessie, the Loch Ness Monster of Scotland. But Ireland has its fair share of lake monsters, with the kelpie being the most well-known. The Selkie is another lake monster, but more of a seal that can shapeshift into human form. The Dullahan is more of a specter, a supernatural entity, a headless horseman (or coachman) of Irish mythology. Finally we discuss the far darrig, a creature similar to a leprechaun, but wearing all red and seemingly even more mischievous.
This week is all about creatures and cryptids from Ireland! Since we've just celebrated St. Patrick's Day, I figure it would be a great time to look at strange entities from the Emerald Isla, such as the leprechaun, the banshee, Muckie, the bodach, the changeling, and the Dobhar-chú! Do any of these strange beings actually exist? Or are they just part of the folklore and mythology of the British isles? Let us know what you think in the comments!
Scott Perry returns to the show this week, as we discuss alleged Bigfoot behavior! Are tree knocks made by Bigfoot, and if so, what is their purpose? Why is there such a variety of alleged Bigfoot howls and vocalizations? Does Sasquatch make tree structures, or are they simply the work of hunters, bushcrafters, or mischievous teens in the woods? Stories of rock throwing are also associated with Bigfoot, but why do they never seem to harm anyone? Can gifting be explained, and is the concept of habituation just someone's fever dream? We discuss all the possibilities, so listen in and let us know what you think!

Join us this week as we take a trip across the pond to look for Bigfoot in the British Isles! First up is the Big Grey Man of Ben MacDhui, a tall, thin, grey creature that resembles the Sasquatch or Yeti. In Wales they have legends of the Brenin Llwyd (The Grey King or Monarch of the Mist), a more ethereal, supernatural bein that lives on the misty peaks of Snowdon, Cadair Idris, and Plinlimmon, among others. Ireland has the gruagach, which refers to "the hairy one," an ogre-like creature. I then take a look at a number of stories from the British Isles of Bigfoot encounters that sound more like the traditional sightings that are prevalent in North America.

Strange sounds have haunted humanity for generations. But are they all as mysterious and spooky as they seem to be? This week I take a look at some strange sounds through history, including the Barisal Guns, the Seneca Drums, strange sonic booms, creepy howling sounds coming from the World Trade Center after 9/11, rumbling noises on Staten Island, spooky space music heard near the Moon by Apollo 10, and other strange sounds like the Deep Noise and the Bloop. Are these sounds proof of a paranormal reality interfering with our world? Or are there simpler explanations?

This week we're venturing into the spooky swamps of Louisiana to discuss swamp monsters! The most famous Bigfoot in the state is the Honey Island Swamp Monster, made famous by the controversial footage taken by Harlan Ford. But many other swamp monsters have been reported in the parishes of Louisiana. Does sasquatch roam the swampy lands of the Bayou State? Listen to this week's stories and let us know what you think!
New York City is famous for its hauntings, but did you know there are many spooky cemeteries and burial sites throughout the five boroughs? Some have ghost stories associated with them, while others are just creepy for their real-world history. This week I discuss a few of the little-known cemeteries in the New York City area and the spooky stories surrounding them!

John returns to the show and we discuss one of our favorite horror movies, The Abominable Snowman of the Himalayas! This 1957 Hammer Film stars Peter Cushing and Forrest Tucker as mountaineers on an expedition to the Himalayas to search for the legendary Yeti, or Abominable Snowman. One of the best cryptid movies ever made, John and I talk about the various aspects that make this one of our most loved movies.
