这节课我们来学一下怎么写送给亲朋好友的礼物的标签。

礼物标签最简单的就是：

To (收礼物人的名字 name of person receiving the present)

From (送礼物人的名字 name of person giving the present)

如果标签很小的话，只够写一个人名字的，就只写上收礼物的名字。

如果标签大一些，可以写几个字的，可以写得有爱一点：

To (收礼物人的名字) with love from (送礼物人的名字)

还可以写上祝福语，比如:

Wishing you a happy birthday, love (送礼物人的名字)

祝你生日快乐，爱你的xxx

Wishing you a happy Chrismas/new year, love (送礼物人的名字)

祝你圣诞快乐/新年快乐，爱你的xxx

如果是几个人一起送的礼物，还可以联名：

With our love to you, (送礼物的几个人名字)

如果礼物是送给一般的朋友，没有家人那么亲近的：

With best wishes for a happy Christmas/new year/birthday, (送礼物人)

比如，“和你的新裙子 with your new dress”,“和你的新包 with your new bag”，“和你的新车 with your new car”等等。

说到 go well with 和……很搭配，之前学过的“搭配，合适”有match，suit 和 fit。
Go well with 和 match，suit，fit 一样吗？
match 搭配，可以是东西搭配人，也可是东西搭配东西，[颜色/设计]（第96课学过）
match 和 go well with 是同义词，经常可以互换。
suit 合适，[款式/颜色]，常用于衣服搭配人（第97课学过）
fit 合适，合身，[大小/尺寸]，可以是衣服搭配人，也可以是东西搭配东西（第99课学过）

Go well with 和 match 经常可以互换，今天的句子“我想这个（礼物）可能和你的新裙子很搭配。I thought this might go well with your new dress.”可以换成 match 吗？
回答：这个句子用 go well with 更自然，比 match 更好。

因为 go well with 和 match 虽然都是“很搭配”，但是，go well with 的“很搭配”有一种搭配出来效果好，好看（look nice）的含义，而 match 就是说这两个东西很搭配，是不是好看（look nice）不一定，或者不一定是这个人主观想要的。
举个例子，朋友的裙子和旁边的桌布正好图案设计很搭配，就说：
Your dress matches the table cloth. 你这裙子和桌布很搭配。
这句里用match，不用 go well with。虽然这里不是贬义，但也不是穿裙子的人想要的好看（look nice）的效果。
第96课的例句“这件衬衫跟夹克很搭配。”中的 match 可以换成 go well with，两句意思一样：
This shirt matches the jacket (well). 
= This shirt goes well with the jacket.

我们送人礼物，希望（对方）可心，看起来好看（look nice），所以用 go well with。

might 可能，也许。是 may 的过去时。
当我们要表达：某人想（thought）可能会怎样怎样（如上句），某人说（said）可能会怎样怎样，某人问（asked）可不可以怎样怎样，这几种语境中的“可能，也许”用 might。

如果送的是圣诞节礼物，还可以在句子后面加上 for Christmas（为/给）圣诞节 
I thought you might like this for Christmas.
我想你圣诞节可能会喜欢这个。

如果是给对方的生日礼物，把 Christmas 换成 your birthday 你生日 
I thought you might like this for your birthday.
我想你生日时可能会喜欢这个。
