Not needing validation or one's approval is something that we don't see a lot. If we truly think about how we feel, what we want, and the way we see it, maybe we can see what we are doing is real, is great, and is everything worth congratulating ourselves for!

The fear of glitter, rescuing shoes, and so much more...

When I first came across Josh's instagram page, I knew I had to follow. Josh is hilarious, on point, and just overly talented. To be honest any Kindergarten teacher needs to be rewarded for all they do.

Josh and I planned a recording and we found out how similar we are and now we are BEST FRIENDS! Seriously, that isn't me just being a stalker.

Why do people do this? Does it make you feel better? Sound better? Just want to be Perfect Polly?

Is there really an answer to this? Is there a holy grail that will give us the magical pill to make us forever happy? I have no clue, but I do know that science (and I know science) has something to do with it.

Like FDA banning red dye 3 = happy.

Moving and dancing around = happy.

The number one resolution is to let go of unwanted weight. Lose the weight! This weight I am talking about is the weight of people in your life that are just dragging you down, not supporting you, and just taking up positive space in your life. So, let them go and lose the weight!

In 2025, I just don't care... and I mean that respectfully. Let Them is a theory I heard from Mel Robbins and for some reason I instantly thought about cake. Maybe it is because we are always criticized if we dare eat unhealthy options. Or maybe it is because some people just can't seem to mind their own business.

So with that, I am eating my cake and not caring. 4.0 life with me and I am still trying to find the perfect intro so bare with me.
