When someone comes from a place of negativity or just taking no accountability, DO NOT MATCH THEIR ENERGY.

It will only be a back and forth to where they then paint you to be the negative person, the person that can't take any comments, or just the person who is the toxic one all because they themselves can not take accountability of their actions or words.

Today is my birthday and I wanted to share this quick little episode with some of my favorite people in the whole world. I wanted to just have them come on and join me to talk about how thankful I have been this past year and how grateful I am to have them in my life.

To all my listeners whether it is 5 or 5,000, thank you. It means more than you know.

Quotes... what would life be without them? Sarcasm or polite, I think quotes send the direct message when needed. So I came across one that I was like yup, this is my topic for the podcast.
