Pit Pass Indy heads to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the “Month of May” – the biggest month of the year for INDYCAR culminating with the 106th Indianapolis 500 on May 29, 2022.

Before that, however, is Saturday’s GMR Grand Prix on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course, which has become an anticipated fixture on the “Month of May” schedule.

Pit Pass Indy host Bruce Martin has exclusive interviews with INDYCAR drivers Jimmie Johnson, Josef Newgarden and Graham Rahal. Martin also has a lengthy feature interview with Indianapolis Motor Speedway President Doug Boles, who talks about the documentary “Pennzoil Presents The Club” that will air on NBC at 2 p.m. Eastern Time Saturday, May 14.

“The Club” is an emotional documentary and the only time AJ Foyt, Al Unser, Rick Mears, and Helio Castroneves were able to gather together as the only four-time winners of the Indianapolis 500. It was filmed on July 20, 2021, and Unser passed away after a lengthy health battle on December 9, 2021.
