Your intuition is the compass that always guides you.

Some of us receive intuitive knowing by FEELING (following our good feelings), PHYSICALLY (tuning into our bodies, following our gut), by sensing or hearing an inside voice. It might be different for you and for someone else.

The voice of intuition feels exciting, joyful, and has underlying calmness to it (even when it seems scary to your rational mind). 

How to strengthen the voice of your intuition? 

👉 Open yourself to the belief intuition is always there for you.

(It's like a growing muscle - the more you exercise it, the bigger it gets)

👉 Be willing to tap into it throughout your day

👉 Test and try - go by your feelings, follow small hints/steps/feelings of direction 

How to tap straight into an intuitive decision?

Ask yourself: "What would a person that loves themselves do?"

1. Accept it's OK to feel your fears (Judging yourself for having fears won't help anything)

2. Look at the fear - What is behind this fear? Where does it come from? Make it all OK. 

3. Surround yourself with messages about what you rather want to think (seek more empowering thoughts regarding your fears)

4. Decide whether you want to continue feeling this way or change it

👇 Perfectionism:

1. Accept things won't be perfect for the first time (BUUUM!! This is hard, isn't it? 😊)

2. Surrender into knowing it's enough even when it's not perfect

3. Approach new challenges with this thinking: "Let me experience it and find out how this works for me."

4. After each experience, decide: How do I want to make it next time? What is this showing me? What do I want to feel next time? Do I love who I am becoming?

Any experience is your chance to grow. They are all valuable!

Resting without guilt can be challenging especially for ambitious women who want to get things done and progress as fast as possible. We feel like there is no time to rest... well, until our bodies stop us. 

Not only resting is important for your psychological, hormonal and mental health. It is also essential for your productivity and ability to get things done.

Simply said - feeling guilty for resting is not serving you at all. So how to unlearn it and teach your brain that recharging is one of your most basic needs?

🤯 Guilt & shame for resting come from:

- Comparison to others (mostly based on false reality)

- The praise of struggle and busyness in nowadays society

- Fear of losing control over yourself when allowing rest

✨ What to do to shift your feelings of guilt:

- Acknowledge it's ok you feel this way and be open to changing it 

- Change your thoughts, talk to the thoughts that tell you it's bad to rest

- Shower yourself with acceptance and self-love - it's all ok and you are still good enough

❓Questions to ask yourself:

Do you hold judgment towards people who rest? (Most likely that is the reason why you don't allow yourself to rest.)

Do you listen to your body and its needs? 🧘‍♀️

💪 You can still achieve with ease & pleasure.
