One F*cking Hour

Episode 152: Our pick for the year 1952 is the underrated / under-seen noir gem SUDDEN FEAR starring Joan Crawford and Jack Palance’s one-of-a-kind skull, in which a glamorous marriage descends into a nightmarish game of suspicion, paranoia and revenge. This movie definitely should have be remade in the '90s as an erotic thriller and released on "snapper".

Episode 151: Our One F’n Year series continues with a 1951 classic, George Stevens’ A PLACE IN THE SUN starring Montgomery Clift and Elizabeth Taylor - a darkly romantic American tragedy about ambition and desire, in which a poor young man’s obsession with wealth and status drives him toward betrayal, murder, and the devastating consequences of trying to escape who he really is.

Episode 150: Evan, Rémy and Marcus begin their One F'n Year series, which will cover one film per year per episode for the rest of the calendar year commencing with 1950! And what a better monster classic to kick it all off with than Billy Wilder's SUNSET BOULEVARD, a timeless and masterful macabre indictment of Hollywood.

Episode 149: ONE BATTLE AFTER ANOTHER, MARTY SUPREME, BUGONIA, EDDINGTON. 2025 was a wild, genuinely fascinating year for movies. Evan, Rémy, and Marcus spend two hours breaking down the big releases, the overrated, the underrated and the big question looming over it all: are movies back?

Episode 146: Evan, Rémy & Marcus return to go one f'n hour on RIVER'S EDGE (1986), the bleak, darkly funny and chilling cult classic about teen apathy, moral collapse, and perhaps one of the boldest leading performances in 80's cinema.

Episode 144: After a three-month hiatus, ONE FUCKING HOUR is back. We’ve got some life updates to share — including a temporary lineup change — but we’re getting back into it with a true monster of cinema: William Friedkin’s THE EXORCIST (1973). A transcendent work of horror that shook the world to its core, THE EXORCIST remains one of the most disturbing and emotionally powerful films ever made.
