Miller's book, "Miller's Review of Critical Vaccine Studies" summarizes real scientific studies on vaccines. His chapter on aluminum will shock you. Today he joins us to talk about some of the lies  the medical community tells about the safety of vaccines. The FDA says thats exceeding a certain amount of Aluminum exposure will result in negative health impacts. And we are injecting it into our newborn babies. • How Diversity Makes Us Smarter, How to Prevent a Hip Replacement #1013

The benefits of surrounding yourself with people who are different than you are tremendous. Differences could be race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, etc. Rosalie Robinson is a Human Resources expert, and today she talks with us about how diversity makes us smarter. In the workplace, diversity drives creativity and ideas. It also shows you just how differently we all think about the world

That's why companies strive for diversity, they know it will make for more innovativeness and productivity. In friend groups it is the same idea. The more we surround ourselves with people unlike ourselves, we open our eyes to new ideas and beliefs, and expand our capabilities to befriend someone completely different than yourself. If everyone surrounded themselves with like-minded people, creativity would be almost impossible. Rosalie tells us also why there is still discrimination and some of the statistics on diversity in the workplace currently.

Daniel Tague continues his topic from last week on strengthening your neck, and then he dives into how to strengthen your muscles and joints before jumping into a hip replacement. So many people are told they need a hip replacement when really it is a lack of strength elsewhere. Daniel talks about why this happens and how you can work out your muscles and joints to keep them strong and your hips pain-free.

  • Dating a Narcissist, Understanding Your Moods #1012

Taylor Swift's song, "Dear John" is perfectly written about a relationship that we believe was with a narcissist. Robin Perry Braun is a holistic energy practitioner and she joins us today to walk through the lyrics of this song and show how it reflects narcissistic behavior. A relationship can be tricky because when you are getting to know someone, sometimes it takes a while to see their true colors. Narcissists are usually very charming and will make you feel like you are their whole world, and then it's like they flip the script and keep you walking on eggshells. You start waiting for the good side of that person to come back and it slowly begins to fade away. They will also make you feel trapped and guilty if you try to leave. Robin talks to us about where and why narcissists are the way they are. And she tells us what you should do if you find yourself in a relationship with one.

Jill Lane and Bernadette talked about the book "The Mood Cure" last week and did a questionnaire to see what hormones they may be low in. Jill continues this conversation and talks about supplementing and where to start. She also talks to us about getting back to basics and eating food that will fuel your mood. Most times when we are emotional, on edge, experience brain fog, or just feel blah, it is the food we are eating that may need tweaking. Jill is an expert in nutrition for optimum performance and she gives us the goods on what we should be doing with our diets.
