🌲 This week I asked everyone to take a 15-minute walk outside in nature, no phone,s or at a minimum shut off your notifications and turn on Do Not Disturb. Why you may ask? An increasing body of evidence suggests that the time we spend on our smartphones is interfering with our sleep, self-esteem, relationships, memory, attention spans, creativity, productivity and problem-solving and decision-making skills. I agree with all of that!
