First, The plaintiff recently found out he might have a biological son after having a one-night stand nearly 40 years ago. He said he is devastated he never knew he might have a child. He petitioned the court for a DNA test. The defendant says he was adopted at birth and always wanted to know about his biological parents.

Then, The plaintiff says she rented an apartment from the defendant, who turned out to be a meddler. She’s suing for a security deposit. The defendant says the neighbors complained that they could hear her having sex. She claims the plaintiff damaged the apartment and failed to pay rent.
