On the Ball & All podcast this week, we welcome Lennox Head's first ever WSL surfer Adam 'Mello' Melling to the shed, along with our biggest studio audience to date. 

Hailing from an area blessed with world class waves and rich in surfing talent, 'Mello'  became the first in a long line of talented surfers to reach the WCT/WSL tour.  Hear all about what it's like to have a job where you're paid to chase the best waves on the planet and listen in to a brutal reflection on what it's like when it all grinds to a halt. 

Also on the podcast this week - we go Around the Grounds and preview the AFL and NRL Grand Finals, Melbourne Storm's breakout star Ryan Papenhuyzen phones in for a quick chat and we look back on last weekend's Bledisloe Cup game between the Wallabies and All Blacks at Eden park.
