-Naoyuki Uwasawa has been traded to the Boston Red Sox.

-Ben Rortvedt , backup catcher for the New York Yankees has been acquired in a three-team trade with the Miami Marlins by sending OF Shane Sasaki to MIA.

-Jake Odorizzi stays with the organization for now and will be re-evaluated after one more start.
