Memorial Day hits me in a way that is difficult to describe. I have lost dozens of friends and colleagues to the immeasurable effects of War. It is for this reason that I brought Dr. Chris Frueh on today’s show to discuss the profound impact of long term high risk training and the countless combat deployments within the SOF communities.

Together we have committed to bringing awareness to Operator Syndrome and the impact of the constellation of medical and behavioral health issues facing our active duty and veteran communities within the Special Operations Forces.
