With Bo Nix's future uncertain, the biggest question mark for the Ducks as they look at 2023 and the recruiting pursuits of Dan Lanning and his staff is who will be playing quarterback. 5-star verbal commit Dante Moore has Oregon fans' hopes high about the future of that position, and recently a rumor emerged about Michigan State trying to flip him away from Oregon. John sheds light on whether Oregon has a good chance to beat out other schools who want Fano like Michigan, Utah, and BYU.

Elsewhere on the recruiting front, the Ducks have shown interest in flipping current Louisville commit Jamari Johnson, could that come to pass or is it just a looky-loo? Speaking of Louisville, they recently got a 4-star Oregon commit to come on an official visit.
