One of the things on everyone’s summer bucket list is floating the Boise River. And we all have a story about it. That time you lost your brand new iPhone. Or the day your friend popped the pool floaty. Or when you watched your flip flops go sailing downstream without you. Even though tubing the river is pretty straightforward, it’s not without its complications.
