This week I'm talking to Rey Hernandez about his book 'The Mind of GOD: A Spiritual-Virtual Reality Model of Consciousness & The Contact Modalities'.

THE MIND OF GOD is the "Introduction" to the 4-volume academic book series titled A Greater Reality. This 200-page book provides a new theory, supported by academic research, that we live in a spiritual and virtual reality with a non-religious "GOD" and that we are eternal spiritual beings. The five co-editors of the 5-volume book series, A Greater Reality, are Harvard Astrophysicist Dr. Rudy Schild, Medical Doctor and noted NDE researcher, Dr. Jeffrey Long, Reinerio (Rey) Hernandez, an attorney, and ex-Ph.D. Candidate at UC Berkeley, Dr. Jon Klimo, a retired professor of Psychology and Ph.D. from Brown University, and Dr. Michael Grosso, a former professor of Philosophy and Ph.D. from Columbia University.

THE CONTACT MODALITIES are all the diverse ways humans are piercing the veil of our multidimensional reality and having contact with Non-Human Intelligence. The evidence for various types of extraordinary experiences suggests that humans may be in contact with higher forms of intelligence. The Contact Modalities are Near Death Experiences (NDEs), Out of Body Experiences (OBEs), Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP/UFOs), Spirit/Ghost Apparitions, Remote Viewing, Hallucinogenic/Psychedelic Experiences, Channeling, Post-Death Communications, Mystical Meditation, Lucid Dreams, Human Initiated Contact Experiences (HICE) and various other forms of altered states of consciousness that allow us to be in contact with transcendent realities.

CONSCIOUSNESS IS FUNDAMENTAL. CCRI argues that mind and consciousness are fundamental and non-local, and that matter, energy, and information are ultimately grounded in one mind and consciousness. We argue that “Consciousness is Fundamental and that our physical world is a manifestation of consciousness and not our physical reality” -- the philosophical position that the only thing that exists is consciousness. We hypothesize that all of the Contact Modalities are interrelated via a manipulation of space-time and by definition might be interdimensional in nature.

ONE PHENOMENON. We argue that there is a range of states of consciousness, the Contact Modalities, where we can access both non-physical and physical realms and interact with perceived higher forms of intelligence via our ordinary senses. For all of these reasons, we assert that the Contact Modalities need to be studied as one phenomenon-- as manifestations of a single greater source of mind and consciousness.

Volumes 1 & 2 will be our theoretical volumes and will feature articles by Ph.D. academics, medical doctors, and researchers who have focused on researching the connection between Consciousness and the Contact Modalities.

Volumes 3 & 4 will feature articles by individuals who have had many diverse contact experiences with our Greater Reality.

Rey graduated with honors from Rutgers College, was a Masters Candidate at Cornell University and was a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of California at Berkeley where he was the recipient of a National Science Foundation Ph.D. Fellowship. He previously was a Professor for six years at the New School for Social Research and at the City University of New York. Rey is currently the Director of the Consciousness and Contact Research Institute, or CCRI, an academic research institute comprised of more than 25 Ph.D. academics, medical doctors, and researchers whose mission is to explore a new paradigm that seeks to integrate the findings of consciousness research and the phenomenology of extraordinary experiences, what Rey coined in 2013 as the “Contact Modalities”.

Kathleen Marden is a researcher, author, on camera expert, conference presenter, experiencer advocate, hypnosis practitioner and support group facilitator. She is known as one of the leading UFO contact researchers of our time. Since 1990, she has researched the perplexing nature of UFOs and the non-human entities associated with highly advanced aerial vehicles via her own groundbreaking research, investigation, and experimentation. Her research has extended to archival collections and the US government’s involvement in the investigation of UFOs and its major studies. This has combined to give her a depth of knowledge that few possess. She is the 2013 recipient of MUFON's "Researcher of the Year" award and the 2021 recipient of the International UFO Congress "Lifetime Achievement Award".

She earned a B.A. degree in social work and was employed as an educator and education services coordinator while attending graduate school. She is a certified practitioner of regression hypnosis and the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. She has worked on three social research studies, on experiencers of ET contact, two with Ph.D. social scientists. Additionally, she offers the Awakening Souls support group for experiencers who feel an intense calling to be part of the answer and to assist others who are beginning to awaken to their relationship with Non-human intelligence.

Steve Aspin 'Out of Time: The Intergenerational Abduction Program Explored'.

In Out of Time, author Steve Aspin attempts to write a crossover work about the enduring worldwide reports of alien abduction. It is intended for both those familiar with the historic published case material and the curious reader unfamiliar with the decades of serious research on this superficially improbable phenomenon.

He details his lifelong ET contact experiences and the relationships he built with leading researchers during his years of investigating this phenomenon. He has at all times attempted to approach the subject with critical thoroughness and intellectual rigor.

From stumbling upon a cattle mutilation in Ireland in 1970 to witnessing a UFO after a period of missing time at the age of 16 near Chester in 1972, Steve relates a lifetime of anomalous experiences in his new book. But this is only the starting point of the journey the reader of Out of Time will make. Steve then details several years of investigation into the subject and how what he has learned has shaped his thoughts on what is happening to perhaps millions of people worldwide. He had the good fortune to meet with several leading researchers in the field including Budd Hopkins and Dr David Jacobs and read hundreds of published works on the subject of UFOs and Abductions. He has attempted to bring hard evidence to the discussion and to follow that evidence where it may lead.

His conclusions will be of interest to anyone attentive to this phenomenon. Whether they are inevitably proved to be right or wrong, they stem from a conscious effort to bring objectivity and honesty to the analysis of his personal interaction with this phenomenon.

Although successfully normalised in popular culture to become background noise or a minor comic footnote in otherwise busy lives, this subject has real and serious implications for both the individual experiencer and human society collectively.

Out of Time is Steve’s first book on the subject of UFO and abduction research. Following a lifetime of what are often described as ‘anomalous experiences’, his serious interest in this complex subject began in 2007 when he realised that the phenomenon was not only real but was happening to him and had been all his life. He spent several years researching publications on the subject, met with many of the world’s leading researchers into this phenomenon and tried his best to make sense of it all for his own peace of mind. He achieved this to some degree and for several years chose to no longer engage with the issue.

However, following some serious health issues and on the encouragement of those close to him, he decided to write about his experiences and thoughts on the phenomenon as he has come to understand it. The decision to ‘go public’ is never an easy one for a person involved in something as unbelievable as ‘alien abduction’. Derision, disbelief and denial are the common responses. But something is happening to people and needs to be addressed. Retired, without children and with support of those closest to him, common obstacles that often inhibit people from speaking out are no longer factors in his life. If not him, then who? Chris was aware of the Spirit World from an early age and remembers at the age of ten, playing a game in which he would simply sit and shift his consciousness elsewhere. Looking back now he can see that this was a very early introduction to the altered state of trance.
The biggest influence on the young Chris was his late grandfather who took him to various Spiritualist Churches and in doing so captivated the interest of the boy, and left him with a fascination for the Spiritual World that would remain with him throughout his life.
However, it wasn’t until the age of 38 that Chris began to hear and see the spirit world in a way he had not since he was a child, finally receiving the wake up call which would take him on his soul’s purpose.
He began to visit spiritual churches again and one evening the medium strongly informed him from the platform that he was destined to engage in spiritual healing work using his ‘healing hands’.
Chris then decided to develop his mediumistic abilities which soon led him to working in the altered states, and with the help of an internationally renowned tutor and Trance Medium, he began his journey to becoming a trance healer.
He now works with a large team of surgeons, specialists, doctors and healers from the spirit realms, finally using his ‘healing hands’ to help others.

Louise Hamlin
This is a book about bereavement and also about the many extraordinary happenings and signs from the afterlife that then followed. Louise talks about her personal experience of grief, in all its facets, and in a way that will resonate with readers who are bereaved. She also details, in careful and precise language, the succession of signs that she received, apparently from her husband after his death. I never thought that I would be creating a website and telling the world about myself, but it is strange how life presents sudden unexpected twists and turns.

Until recently, my life experiences were pretty conventional. I was a divorced mother of three and a law lecturer. Then I met my second husband. We moved to the country and I started to make pots. Our life was idyllic until my husband’s untimely death at the comparatively young age of 71. This was a terrible, heart-breaking loss, which seemed to leave nothing but devastation in its wake. But then slowly the grief became shot through with threads of joy because, against all expectation, I started to receive signs and messages from him. My book, WhatsApps from Heaven, Bereavement in the Twenty-first Century, is an account both of my bereavement and of the amazing signs that I received— and continue to receive up to this day. I had no belief in the afterlife until I received signs which, in my eyes, were quite irrefutable. Now I find immense comfort in knowing that consciousness survives death, and I want to share my story, to bring solace to others who are bereaved.

Breakthrough Research Reveals the Earliest Evidence of US Government’s UFO Recovery. Hard evidence has existed since 1945 for the actual recovery of unidentified flying craft in the United States, according to this research book, "TRINITY: The Best-Kept Secret" written by two seasoned analysts of the global patterns behind the UFO phenomenon.

This is the second edition of this book which includes an additional witness' story. Italian investigative journalist Paola Leopizzi Harris and French-born information scientist Dr. Jacques F. Vallée have teamed up to uncover the details of a New Mexico crash in 1945, fully two years before the well-known incident at Roswell and the famous sighting by pilot Kenneth Arnold in 1947. Over several site investigation surveys Harris and Vallée reconstructed the historic observations by five witnesses, three of whom are still living, who described to them the circumstances of the crash, with details of the recovery of a nearly-intact flying vehicle and its occupants by an Army detachment. Combining their long experience in field research around the world, the authors have documented the step-by-step efforts by the military to remove the object, an avocado-shaped craft weighing several tons, from the property where it crash-landed during a storm.

Surprisingly, the literature of the field only includes a few passing mentions about the case, and only one (foreign) TV documentary has mentioned it, but the correlation between the crash of the extraordinary object and the explosion of the first atom bomb at White Sands, less than 20 miles away, has been missed. Harris and Vallée suggest that the correlation is significant for physical, geographic and biological reasons, quite apart from the obvious strategic implications. The witnesses were able to observe not only the actual crash of the object on their property but every step of the military efforts to lift it and take it away. Fearing retaliation, they remained silent for some 60 years about what they had seen and done over those nine days at the site while the recovery was proceeding. When placed in the context of the history of chemical and physical analysis of retrieved UFO debris--an area where Harris and Vallée have long collaborated—the devices observed by the witnesses raise a number of very important scientific questions.

Paola Leopizzi Harris was born in Rome in a family of Italian diplomats. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and French from Rhode Island College (1967) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado (1980). Her Master’s Degree in Education is from Leslie College in Boston, Massachusetts (1992). She served as the Principal for The American Overseas School of Rome in 1994 -1995 and taught Ancient History, photo journalism and English there until she returned to the United States in 2007 to pursue her interests in investigative reporting in the field of unidentified phenomena research.

As a widely published, free-lance writer with a strong audience in Europe, Paola has studied unidentified aerial phenomena since 1979 and is on personal terms with leading researchers in the field. From 1980-1986 Dr. J. Allen Hynek entrusted her with his UFO investigations outside the United States. She has published interviews of many military witnesses concerning their experiences. In particular, in 1997, Ms. Harris interviewed Colonel Philip Corso in New Mexico and became his editor and confidante. She was instrumental in having his book, The Day After Roswell, for which she wrote the preface, translated into Italian. She also wrote the Italian Preface for Apollo14 Astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell’s book The Way of the Explorer.

Paola returned to New Mexico in the summer of 2003 for the American debut of her book: Connecting the Dots; Making Sense of the UFO Phenomena (Authorhouse). Her second book, entitled: Exopolitics—All of the Above details possible conclusions to the UFO enigma. One of Paola’s most recently published book: Exopolitics--Stargate to a New Reality, contains 23 interviews with international expert witnesses. She just wrote a bestseller with Jacques Vallee on the 1945 San Antonio crash named Trinity. It has been translated into Italian and Spanish.

Other books by Ms. Harris have been translated into Japanese, Spanish and French, while her interview of Canadian former minister of defense Paul Hellyer has been translated into six languages and is available as a Google video.

Paola has lectured all through Europe about the importance of making Ufology a serious scientific study. Her non-profit association, Starworksusa, LLC, brings American speakers to Italy and promotes disclosure and international dialogue.

Today, Paola lives between Rome and Longmont, Colorado. Her current research focus is on events in Latin America. Her research trips to Columbia, Argentina, Chile and Peru are included in her regular column for X-Times Magazine in Rome.
