 From overcoming the adversity of homelessness to guiding champions like Aryna Sabalenka to Grand Slam victories, Jason Stacy’s journey and coaching philosophy embody the essence of facing and conquering fears. 

As the founder of The Coaching Sweet Spot and the Mindset Movement Mentorship program, Jason specialises in teaching athletes and executives alike the critical lesson of confronting their deepest fears, becoming more self-aware, managing energy and emotions, all while building powerful resilient bodies to unlock true progress and achieve their dreams.
